Cancellation & Late Arrival
Cancellation Policy
All sessions require a $50 non‑refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due at the time of your session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment, your deposit is fully refundable or can be applied toward a rescheduled session.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, the deposit is non‑refundable and cannot be transferred to a new booking.
Late Arrivals

A 10‑minute grace period is built into every session. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes will shorten your session so the next client’s time remains protected.
